We understand that Holi comes once a year, and everyone plans to play with whom in advance and try to use stronger color so that it comes out after 2-3 days.
Here are some safety tips to play safe and healthy Holi
1. Hair Care
Hair care is very important before playing Holi. Put an ample amount of oil in the scalp so that scalp absorbs the oil well, and color will not sit on your scalp.
Tie your hairs, make bun or plaid instead of keeping them open.
You can cover your hair with Bandana or scarf.
Don’t wait for hair to dry as the color will sit on your scalp after drying; wash your hair in wet condition only. You can use a chemical-free shampoo with the addition of lemon juice as it will work as a conditioner for your hairs.
2. Skin Care
Like your hair, put oil or moisturizer on your skin so that color will not sit on your skin.
Cover your skin as much as possible; wear full sleeves instead of without or half sleeves.
Cut your nails short and apply a coat of nail paint to protect your nails from catching the color.
Sunglasses will safeguard your eyes and nearby skin together with a classy Holi look.
Put some cotton in your ears to prevent from colour going inside.
