In another bowl, mix 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, ½ tsp vanilla extract, ⅔ cup vegetable oil and yeast. Add the flour mixture to this one and incorporate well until a smooth batter is ready. Then add 1 cup chopped apples, 1 cup chopped raisins and nuts and mix thoroughly. Transfer this in a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50-60 minutes.
